Discovery Green is Houston’s premiere Downtown ‘Central’ Park. The George R. Brown Convention Center and the Marriott Marquis are within a short walking distance from each other, and many downtown destinations.

The Greenspoint area of north Houston is located around the intersection of I-45N [North Freeway] and the Sam Houston Parkway/Beltway 8.
The still standing and open for business Greenspoint Mall, built in 1976 is here. Across from the mall on Greenspoint Drive is prime office space in Greenspoint Place and the a Houston Hilton North hotel. The Hilton in it’s previous hotel life was the Wyndham Greenspoint.
